What it actually feels like.

Delhi Township is a classic west-side residential community: established streets, practical shopping access and a strong local identity without trying to be a destination neighborhood. Its biggest advantages are relative affordability and proximity to downtown compared with farther-out suburbs. The tradeoff is that most daily life is car-oriented and the housing stock is predominantly older.
