Anderson Township is one of the east side's most complete suburban packages: established neighborhoods, major parks, retail corridors and quick access to the river and I-275. It works best for people who value space and everyday convenience over walkable urban density. The tradeoff is that most daily life is car-dependent and the housing market now carries a meaningful premium over many west-side and inner-ring alternatives.
