Mason is a city in southwestern Warren County, Ohio, United States. The population was 34,792 at the 2020 census. Located approximately 22 miles (35 km) north of downtown Cincinnati, it is home to Fortune 500 corporation Cintas, the Kings Island amusement park, and the Lindner Family Tennis Center, home of the Cincinnati Open.

Mason is one of Greater Cincinnati's most complete northern suburbs, with major employers, recreation, retail and Kings Island all nearby. It offers newer housing and a broad range of suburban amenities, but the tradeoff is a higher price point and a built environment designed primarily around driving rather than walking.

Redfin's latest three-month measure through July 2026 shows a median sale price of $459,527 in Mason, down 8.1% year over year. Homes sold in a median 48 days, with 170 sales in the period. Mason's housing is dominated by later suburban subdivisions, larger single-family homes, townhomes and newer construction, with price differences driven heavily by age, lot size and updates.
