Hyde Park is one of Cincinnati's strongest all-around urban neighborhoods, combining an established residential feel with a genuinely useful neighborhood center around Hyde Park Square. It offers more walkability and local identity than most suburbs while remaining convenient to downtown and the east side. The tradeoff is price: buyers pay a significant premium for location, housing quality and the neighborhood's reputation.
